Limited Warranty PROLAWNSYSTEMS, the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of the FERTI FEEDER, offers a 1 year limited warranty covering all FertiFeeder products and parts. Removal or tampering with any fitting on the tanks or pumps voids the warranty. The warranty begins on the date of purchase. For this warranty to become effective, a warranty email must be received by ProLawn Systems within 30 days of the date of purchase. File your warranty registration on line at www.prolawnsystems.com/warranty.htm. This limited warranty does not include labor or parts provided by the installer or from any other source or any damage caused by the installer or subsequent service. Parts that are not covered may include, but are not limited to, the 1/4-inch tubing, valve boxes, any parts of or associated with the sprinkler system, pressure regulators, back flow preventers or any other product not clearly a product of ProLawnSystems. This warranty only covers circumstances where a part has failed due to manufacturer defect. It does not cover any failure resulting from mishandling of any source or improper installation or service. At the manufacturer’s option, failed components will be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. (1) Any casualty, event, occurrence or Act of God of any sort. (3) Any event or injury covered by an ordinary homeowner’s insurance policy. Do not install a FertiFeeder unit if static water pressure exceeds 100 psi as this may cause improper operation or water leaks There is no warranty, expressed or implied, relating to any product delivered through the FERTIFEEDER except products distributed by ProLawn Systems. ProLawn Systems does not guarantee any statements regarding any such product, nor does it certify that any product used through the Fertifeeder will not create or cause the problems or other effects. It is critical that a backflow preventer approved for use with the all ProLawn System equipment . ProLawn Systems shall bear no liability for any damage or injury that results from failure of the property owner to have installed a proper and approved backflow preventer. The property owner is responsible for the application of fertilizer or other lawn care products used through the FERTIFEEDER. The property owner is responsible for directing the spray of the sprinkler system. ProLawn Systems bears no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to the grass, gardens, plants of any kind, or to any person, other living thing, property or anything else as a result of, or relating to the FERTIFEEDER, any particular fertilizer, including those distributed by ProLawn Systems, the programming of the sprinkler system, the failure of any system whatsoever, Acts of God, or from any other source. The property owner is responsible, and ProLawn System denies and refuses all responsibility, for any effect of any product delivered through any PROLAWN SYSTEMS products. Use of the FERTIFEEDER to apply certain chemicals may violate federal, state, or local laws. Please review all containers carefully, apply all chemicals according to package directions, and contact the manufacturer of the product if you have any questions or concerns regarding proper use. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY PROLAWN SYSTEMS AND SUPERSEDES ANY OTHER DOCUMENT.
