MICROBIAL INOCULANT
VA MYCORRHIZAL FUNGI BOOSTER
Colonize T&OTM is a combination soil inoculant in a water-dispersible
formulation containing beneficial
rhizosphere bacteria to improve soil fertility, and a naturally-occurring plant
flavonoid that stimulates the
colonization of roots by VA mycorrhizal (VAM) fungi. Increased VAM development
can improve water
and mineral absorption capabilities of plants, including flowers, turfgrass, and
trees.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Turf: Mix with water and spray over turf at an initial rate of 2.5-Lb. per acre.
A second application should
be made 30-days following the initial treatment at 1.25-Lb. per acre. Apply as a
soil treatment 2-3
months prior to heat and water stress periods (i.e. summer) and 2-3 months prior
to turf dormancy.
Ornamental plants: Mix with water and apply by spray or drench. Mix 1-oz by
weight (2-oz by volume)
of the dry product per gallon of water, and apply at a rate of 1 gallon per
100-square feet. Irrigate after
treatment to rinse the product into the soil. Apply in spring and repeat
treatment in midseason.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Wash hands after handling. Do not ingest. Avoid breathing product dust or
mist. Persons with severely
depressed or abnormal immunity should consult physician before handling
microbial products.
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures
exceeding 110 oF.
