                      FERTIGATOR

FERTIGATOR M1-RE

24 VOLT OPERATION

INDIVIDUAL ZONE CONTROLLER

0 TO 40 OUNCES PER HR.

       4" x 4" x 6.5"

This a Fertigator M1 that has been re-engineered to our specifications to improve performance and reliability. It is a water driven injection pump.  As water (from your system) enters a barrel it drives a piston to pump fertilizer into your sprinkler system. The included 8 zone controller attaches to each zone on your irrigation clock to signal to the fertigator controller which zone is running.  There is a slide switch adjustment for each zone that allows you to select a pump speed unique for each zone.  The pump speed can be adjusted in 5 increments between 4 and 40 ounces per hour or off..  This patented device allows you to put a different concentration of fertilizer on each zone.  This is helpful in particular if your fertilizing needs are heavier zone to zone. The controller is powered by a 24 volt power supply that is included.  The injector draws fertilizer from any reservoir, including the jug the liquid fertilizer is shipped in.  It connects to the main line to draw water to move the piston up which forces fertilizer in the center chamber to move out to your main.  When the internal spring resets the piston, fertilizer is drawn into the center chamber.   The connection to the main is with a coupling below, selected depending on the size of your main line.  The injector can be mounted directly on the main line at any point after the back flow.  If you choose to mount on the main line below ground in a valve box, be sure to arrange drainage so that the box does not flood.  An easier alternative is to mount the unit in an outdoor enclosure and place the enclosure in a convenient location, connected to the main line coupling with flexible tubing.  You can purchase the enclosure separately, or have it shipped to you completely assembled for an additional charge.

An alternate (PVC installation) to the coupling is to use the glue and snap on fitting which eliminates the need to cut your main.(2 required)

An alternate (Poly installation) to the coupling is to use the Kwik-Tap fitting below where no tools, glue or cutting is required. (2 required)

See installation overview for more explanation.

We do not sell replacement parts for Fertigator.  They are available by contacting Fertigator directly at 866-344-2867.

If you currently have a Fertigator M1 and the controller and barrel are functioning properly, but are having trouble priming and keeping it primed you can purchase only our  RE-add-on.  The RE unit is a manifold that mounts on the top of the barrel and has the connection for the fertilizer suction line and the connection for the fertilizer out put line.

No two irrigations systems are alike.  Sizes, locations, and turf types all have unique needs.  We strongly urge you to do some research before you install an irrigation system.  Even if you already have one, it is helpful to review your system compared to what is considered standard practice.  An easy to understand tutorial is available at
